Japan Market is back — and this year, we’re making it bigger and better than ever. With 30+ food vendors descending on the venue, you’ll have no shortage of delicious options to explore. Not sure where to start? That’s the best kind of problem to have.
This year we’re especially excited to welcome 3 brand-new vendors to the lineup. New faces, new flavors, new reasons to show up hungry. And if you’re a street food lover, you’re in luck — 7 food trucks will be rolling in, serving up everything from quick bites to full-on feasts.
Mark your calendars: June 6 & 7. Skip the usual lunch spot, grab your friends, and come see what all the buzz is about. Whether you’re a long-time regular or joining us for the first time, one thing’s for sure — you’re going to leave very, very full.

The slow-fermented crust is light, airy, and full of flavour — a product of Japanese precision meeting Italian tradition. The Instagram feed is filled with beautifully charred, pillow-edged pies that feel more like edible art than fast food. If you appreciate pizza made with genuine craft and intention, this is an account worth following. Whether you’re a pizza purist or simply someone who appreciates food made with serious intention, ES Pizza Co. is well worth following to catch their latest creations and pop-up appearances around Vancouver.
