Tickets & Purchases
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, but transfers must be for the entire purchase. Partial transfers are not allowed (e.g., if you purchased 6 tickets, all 6 must be transferred together). Please ensure the individual you wish to transfer your tickets to, has the ticket confirmaation email.
Can I use my ticket on any event day?
Yes. Your ticket can be used on one day of your choice, and you do not need to notify us in advance.
What if I accidentally purchased too many tickets?
If you have extra tickets, we can add you to a list so they can be used for a future event.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, tickets will be available at reception:
- Cash only for in-person purchases
- Credit/debit if purchasing online
- We recommend buying online in advance to avoid a long wait
What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?
If you were charged but didn’t receive a confirmation email:
- Please still attend the event
- Our team at reception can look up your name in the system
Arrival & Check-in
What if members of my group arrive at different times?
If your group is arriving separately:
- Leave the ticket holder’s name and guest names at the reception
- Our team will assist with check-in

Are pets allowed?
Licensed assistance dogs are always welcome
- Outdoor events: Pets are not recommended due to large crowds
- Indoor events (UBC): Pets are not allowed.
What items are prohibited?
- Weapons of any kind (including knives, guns, toy guns, swords)
- Scissors
- Explosives or fireworks
Safety & Support
Will there be security?
Yes, professional security guards will be on duty throughout the event.
What happens in case of extreme weather?
Events may be postponed or cancelled if needed due to extreme weather or environmental conditions, in accordance with City of Vancouver guidelines.
Is there a lost & found or first aid?
Yes, reception will assist with:
- Lost & found
- Lost child/person support
- First aid
